1. Buying a live chicken ensures that you get good quality meat.
2. The weight of the live chicken should be around 1.6 kg to 1.8 kg. After cleaning you get around 1 kg to 1.2 kg of meat
3. If the weight of the chicken is above 2 kg, then the meat may become harder and difficult to eat with almost no good taste.
4. Chicken meat is usually of three types (i) Curry Cut and (ii) Biryani Cut (iii) Boneless
