Delivery Terms are subject to change without notice. Please read carefully before placing the order. Your support is highly appreciated.
#1 – Orders should be placed before 10.00 PM either through website (or) simply write the order list and weight/quantity on a paper and send photo (or) Voice Record on WhatsApp Number mentioned below. Your order will be delivered next day between 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM. Because, we deliver only fresh, non-frozen and best quality products which are free from preservatives and chemicals.
#1A – The minimum order for Free Delivery is Rs. 149/-. A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for orders below minimum order. Orders from third party stores will be charged a delivery fee of Rs. 50/- irrespective of order value.

#2 – While 95% of the products are delivered on next available date. Some products like Home Made Products & Catering Services required 2-3 days advance order. Please check delivery duration for each product before placing order.
#3Â – Once the order is placed, our executive will WhatsApp you the final quotation and payment scanner. Payment should be made in advance, to confirm the order. Once order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order, because we procure items from various vendors and it is impossible to return them.
#4Â – The management has every right to reschedule or cancel the order based on availability of products. The same shall be communicated and the customers are requested to completely support us in this matter. As our priority is to deliver only fresh and best quality products.
#5 – If any item is out of stock from the order, the amount related to such item shall be refunded. If the order is completely cancelled by our team, then the total amount of the order shall be refunded. The refund amount will be processed within 2 working days as necessary verification and approvals are required.
